Data Analyst – HCM/HRIS Focus

2 year contract, with possibility of extension/conversion to FTE

Chicago, IL – 2 days onsite in the loop; 3 days WFH (work from home)



What You'll Do

This position sits in HR (not on the IT side), and will work with our HRIS/HCM system, which is PeopleSoft, to ensure data quality, perform data audits and spend a good amount of time extracting data, and creating reports. You'll be 1 of 2 people on the HR team that is technical, so while there are much more senior PeopleSoft engineers on the IT side, we'll expect you to develop into a SME for the HR department – and are expecting for the first 6 months you start to involve a lot of training, which we're happy to provide.
