Job Description

Cape Fox Tours is seeking energetic and reliable adults to perform as Alaska Native Dancers in the Saxman Native Village Tribal House. The Adult Dancers will perform a variety of cultural songs and dances in front of visitors traveling to Saxman via cruise ships and other methods of transportation. They will wear traditional regalia and may invite guests up on the stage to dance at the end of the performance. Practices will be held regularly to learn the list of songs and dances, along with ensuring that the group of Alaska Native Dancers are prepared for all performances.

The Adult Dancers should have knowledge of commonly used Cape Fox company concepts, practices, and procedures within the organization. The Adult Dancer will also rely on instructions and pre-established, commonly known guidelines provided to perform the functions of the position. Long hours and weekends may be required pending tour schedules.
