Responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and age-appropriate recreational gymnastics and dance classes. The role focuses on developing basic movement skills, coordination, rhythm, and confidence while creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Instruction Conduct recreational gymnastics and dance classes for children of various age groups. Teach basic dance techniques, rhythm, musicality, coordination, and movement skills. Introduce fundamental gymnastics elements, flexibility, balance, and body control. Adapt lesson plans to suit different abilities and learning styles. Assist the RG Coach when needed.
Programme Delivery Follow BPA's curriculum and lesson plans while maintaining class quality and consistency. Assist in planning and preparing class structures, routines, and simple performances. Support studio showcases, demonstrations, and internal events.
