Join the high performing team at Achilles Dairy as a Dairy Farm Assistant. You’ll assist with a range of farm tasks, from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing. Working alongside the Farm Manager, you’ll play an important part in day‑to‑day operations and help meet production and animal welfare goals.

Responsibilities

• Milking dairy cows using a 60‑bail rotary shed.
• Calving and feeding stock.
• Effluent management of the 840‑ha block.
• Spraying and fencing on the farm.
• Assisting the Farm Manager with daily operations.
• Coaching and supporting junior or new staff.
• Using Halter technology for stock management.
