Job Summary:

The Process Technician reports directly to the Production Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and adjusting molding machines, performing mold changes, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring consistent part quality. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with injection molding equipment, a strong understanding of plastic materials, and a sharp eye for quality and efficiency.

D shift hours:

EVERY OTHER Wednesday.Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50pm - 6:00am

Core Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Startups
Set up injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
Ensure proper material loading, temperature settings, pressures, and cycle times.
Perform mold changes and startups to get the process running smoothly.

Process Optimization
Adjust machine settings to improve cycle times, part quality, and reduce scrap.
