Duties

  • Conduct regular cycle counts across warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400, and 3PL systems to record and analyze inventory data.

  • Perform data mining and analysis using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and sourcing teams to address stock discrepancies and optimize materials management.

  • Support demand planning by providing accurate inventory data to forecast future needs effectively.
