Responsibilities

• Deliver presales technical support for cybersecurity solutions to customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and position solutions for go-to-market strategies, proposals, and customer engagements.
• Analyze and understand customer IT and cybersecurity environments, including technical and business requirements.
• Drive solution-based cybersecurity selling by aligning technology capabilities with customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers and partners.
• Lead and support proof-of-concept (POC) activities for cybersecurity and network performance solutions.
• Work with vendors to develop solution proposals and participate in RFI/RFP responses, including technical design, compliance checks, and clarifications.
