JOB PURPOSE:

Supports plant compliance with international customs regulations by processing and maintaining documentation, tracking duties and reimbursements, and assisting with freight cost monitoring and reporting activities.


Hourly 1st shift position

Wage range is $25.00 to $28.79 per hour


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

+ Support day-to-day customs compliance activities under the direction of the PC&L Manager or Supervisor.

+ Review and process shipping documents (BOL, commercial invoices, customs paperwork) for accuracy and completeness.

+ Maintain organized records of all customs-related documentation and filings.

+ Assist with audits of supplier and broker documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

+ Help track duties paid and support recovery submissions to customers.
