Logistics and Trade Compliance Specialist

The Logistics and Trade Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing import compliance activities for freight entering Mexico. This role will ensure adherence to Mexican customs regulations, import/export laws, trade agreements, and internal company policies while supporting efficient cross‑border logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee import compliance activities for shipments entering Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican customs laws, regulations, and trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate timely and compliant customs clearance.
• Review and validate import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, pedimentos, HS/HTS tariff classifications and import permits and licenses.
