Customer Team Leader

Location: Calver Road, Baslow, DE45 1RP

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22.5 hours per week + regular overtime, 3 month temporary contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

About the role

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve working in our post office or bakery, or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
