Responsibilities:

File reports on issues with Impartner products.

Research and troubleshoot technical problems.

Fulfill customer requests for changes and updates.

Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Stay current with Impartner product updates and new technologies.

Offer suggestions for product improvements and report defects.

Work regularly with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.

Check in code, push to multiple environments, and verify work.

Collaborate with various CRMs, primarily Salesforce.

Requirements:

Skilled with both technical and customer support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
