As a Support Specialist, you will assist customers from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, responding to inquiries through various channels and providing vital onboarding assistance. Your role is key to driving customer satisfaction and retention.

• Assist SCRIVA team in client onboarding processes
• Create concise support documents for customers
