This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences while troubleshooting product issues, guiding legal clients, and fostering an efficient adoption of Clio's solutions. Key responsibilities include fielding inbound requests and capturing valuable customer insights for product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound phone, chat, and email support requests
• Diagnose and resolve product-related customer inquiries
• Connect clients with additional products or services as needed
• Collect and relay customer feedback to Product teams
• Coach new hires during their onboarding process

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
