As a Customer Support Agent , youβll be the first point of contact for our customers β propertyowners, legal professionals, and real estate agents who rely on us for accurateand timely property information. Youβll handle enquiries across email, phone,and live chat, help resolve order issues, explain our products and services,and coordinate with our technical and operations teams when complex situationsarise.
This role requires someone who iscalm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable working with technology.Property knowledge is a plus but not essential β weβll train you on everythingyou need to know.
