 Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)

 Language Requirement:

• English + Hindi (3 Positions)

• English + Malayalam (2 Positions)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to handle queries, complaints, and service requests across voice, chat, email, and ticketing platforms. Voice and ticketing experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, email, and social media

• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams for order and service support

• Track and close support tickets within defined timelines
