The work of the library service is hugely rewarding and every day the front of house teams make a difference to the lives of their customers and local communities. Libraries have a lot more to offer than just books; with reading groups, talks and exhibitions there are activities for every age group from Baby Rhyme Time to internet classes for older people.

To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. Prior library experience isnt essential its much more important that youre friendly, outgoing and approachable.
