We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent in Tenerife (Adeje, Spain) to join our company Atender. The role is full‑time and starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and support tickets in a timely and thoughtful way.
• Work with a solution‑oriented mindset and keep customer satisfaction top of mind.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive: you like to dig deeper to understand a customer’s needs.
• More or less tech‑savvy: you can quickly learn digital tools and platforms.
• A great communicator: on the phone, in writing, or in person.
• Team‑oriented: you believe in collaboration over competition.
• Located in Málaga or planning to move here.
• Language: We are looking for a variety of languages.
