Permanent, Part-time Positions Available

These permanent part-time positions are rostered shifts between the hours of 6:30pm – 6:30am and shifts covering 24 hours across the weekends.

We are looking for reliable, highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The positions are located at the Corporate Building in McLeod Street, Hastings.

As a Customer Support Agent, you play a crucial role in handling external calls to the hospital, servicing internal calls, managing critical alarms and responding to emergencies.
