Job Description
- Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse).
- Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implementation, follow-up and project management of Solutions for customer requirements.
- Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers, (i.e. Orders, Confirmations, etc.).
- Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies.
- Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; • Process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.
- Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
