The role is part of the NZ country leadership team, interfacing externally with major supermarket retailers and internally across NZ commercial & business teams and the broader ANZ supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team
• Drive process efficiency and optimize the decision‑making process in daily operations
• Lead and develop a team of about 10 people

Qualifications

• Experience managing Customer Logistics, with demand planning skills (IBP knowledge preferred) and warehousing and logistics expertise to manage 3PLs
