Shape customer experiences as a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist with FacilityOS. Engage clients, manage implementations, and drive fast adoption of our innovative SaaS platform.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for FacilityOS, ensuring successful setup and delivery of our technology. As a pivotal member of a growing Customer Success team, you'll handle training sessions, project management, and post-sales customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the rapid realization of value from our platform.
