The Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team is seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Manager to own the planning, launch, and ongoing operation of the **Shenzhen Qianhai Innovation Centre** — a flagship engagement hub for our Strategic Selling Partners.

This role owns the Innovation Centre end-to-end. You will define the Centre's annual programming calendar, design Selling Partner engagement campaigns, and drive execution from concept through post-event analysis.
