Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Electronic Trading , you will partner with our trading clients to ensure they maximize value from LSEG’s trading platforms, data, and workflow capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, delivering meaningful outcomes, and influencing our product roadmap through actionable client insights.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Adoption
Develop and execute customer success strategies for Electronic Trading solutions.
Monitor key usage metrics, analyze customer data, and provide recommendations that improve adoption and retention.
Ensure clients fully utilize their entitlements and embed our solutions into trading workflows.
