About the Role

This role is the operational right hand of Acclime's Group Director, Growth & Customer Success. As the function scales across 18 markets in APAC and the Middle East, the Group Director needs a trusted, organized, and commercially aware coordinator to keep the engine running day-to-day.

The position will also support the Head of Strategic Partnerships by ensuring inbound and outbound referrals are consistently monitored, accurately tracked in HubSpot, and reported on a fortnightly basis. This part of the role is operational and analytical in nature and does not involve partner acquisition or commercial negotiation.

You will own the administrative and operational layer of a high-visibility commercial function—maintaining dashboards, building presentations, tracking KPIs, supporting governance, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
