Job Description
Become a pivotal force in customer success at Achievers as a Customer Success Associate. Drive product adoption and growth strategies in a mid-market role.
In this role, you will manage key customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor. With over two years of experience in account management, your focus will be on implementing recognition strategies that yield measurable results. Youβll coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure customers unlock the full value of the Achievers platform.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide expertise on Achieversβ platform for employee recognition strategies
β’ Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts
β’ Track implementation and adoption activities regularly
β’ Host virtual meetings to drive platform usage and best practices
β’ Meet customers face-to-face for program planning and exploration
Requirements:
β’ 2+ years of account management experience in software/SAAS
