De rol


Deze functie richt zich op het managen van de volledige cloud subscription lifecycle. Naast de administratieve backoffice collega's, neem je hier een cruciale businessfunctie op die scherp houdt waar omzet vandaan komt, waar ze heen gaat en waar risico's schuilen.


Hoofdlijnen van de rol:

  • Overzicht bewaren van alle cloudcontracten, looptijden en administratieve voorwaarden.

  • Usage-data vertalen naar inzichten die impact hebben op klantrelaties en omzet.

  • Renewals tijdig voorbereiden, intern afstemmen en correct laten verlopen.

  • Risico's in klantgebruik identificeren en opportuniteiten zichtbaar maken.

  • Constructief samenwerken met sales, controlling en operations in een rol waar jij het centrale referentiepunt bent.

  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbetering: nieuwe ideeën uitwerken, workflows optimaliseren en inefficiënties wegnemen.
