Customer Success Advocates (CSAs) are responsible for retaining, growing, and minimizing churn across Ciena’s customer base. CSAs are a strategic advocate and participant and a key component in creating one‑to‑many solutions to strengthen Ciena’s customers’ experience, outcomes, and education.
