Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The CSP & Shopper Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of category, channel, and shopper initiatives across markets. The role provides exposure to how brand plans are translated into in-store and channel-specific execution, while building foundational skills in analytics, commercial planning, and shopper activation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support the development of channel and customer plans by consolidating inputs from sales, brand, and finance teams
+ Assist in building monthly and quarterly planning decks and tracking tools
+ Help analyse historical performance (sales, distribution, promotions) to identify trends and opportunities
+ Contribute to building simple planning inputs for channel/customer business plans
+ Support the execution of in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns across key channels
