Pakistan is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department who shall assist worldwide financial-services leading client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call. We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers and banking flavor but above that, we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic.

Qualifications
O Levels/Matriculation or above
Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
Banking Experience preferred
