Job Description
Responsibilities
- Issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit)
- Ensure customer's orders are processed promptly & accurately
- Ensure timely & accurate billing process
- Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS system
- Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation
- At least 1 year experience in logistics industry
- Customer service experience in Trucking & Warehousing
- Familiar with MS Office, SAP / WMS
- Good team player
