Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in a technical shop environment focused on appliance repair.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities with technical proficiency.
• Report and analyze movement of repairs in the shop to improve workflow.
• Coordinate team tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or technical course.
• Experience: 5 years and above; leadership experience in a technical role; shop/ appliance industry experience.
