Responsibilities

• Plan, control, lead, and organize the activities of frontline agents.
• Ensure prompt response and dispatch times and compliance with operational procedures to meet standard quality service.
• Update and monitor data and parameters entered into the system.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any four‑year course.
• Preferably with supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good moral character.
