Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and new clients

* Support and manage Customer service team

* Ensure smooth communication between various teams within the company

* Completing internal audits to ensure company compliance is maintained

* Making sure company documents are maintained and up to date

Skills & Experience required:

* Experience in a supervisor and customer service role

* Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn

* Experience in record keeping

* Great written and verbal communication skills
