Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Sport & Community Development Supervisor, oversees service delivery at Fort William Gardens, including ticketing operations and user group relationship management, and secures large-scale entertainment events for municipal event venues. Develops marketing, sponsorship, naming rights and advertising initiatives for programs, facilities and services, with focus on those offered by the Sport & Community Development Section. Serves as a fundraising subject matter expert for the Recreation & Culture Division.

Major Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements marketing and advertising strategies and fundraising and sponsorship campaigns in collaboration with section and Division staff and volunteers.
