What You Can Expect:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for resolving self-pay accounts. Customer Service Specialist will answer incoming calls from patients or their representatives, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, collect patient balances, and provide any other relative information.
