About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist provides logistic, administrative and financial support for completion of sales orders and regularly communicates with new and existing customers to provide sales, meet revenue targets and provide a superior level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service and conduct sales with new and existing customers via telephone.
- Support the dealers in regard to technical questions.
- Make agreements in regard to prices and delivery conditions.
- Create and send quotations and agreements in line with Hyvaβs price policies, ensuring proper follow up.
- Ensure correct administrative completions of sales orders, such as the processing in the ERP system.
- Ensure correct provision of information in regard to sales orders for invoicing, taking into account particulars.
