Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service Specialist at SnappyCX. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences on a daily basis.
