Position: Customer Service Representative
Contract: 9 Months Contract (can be extended depending on the performance and client needs)
July 27 start date!
Qualifications:
β’ High School Graduate or above
β’ At least 6 mons to 2+ years of BPO experience (Voice, Non-Voice, or Blended) for CSRs
β’ At 5 years of experience in Customer Service, 2-3 Years in Team Lead/Supervisory role
β’ At 6-10 Years of experience in Customer Service, 2-5 Years as Operations Manager role
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements
