Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To handle all back office customer related queries in a professional and efficient manner. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries relating to gas and utilities, promoting products or services (where applicable), and maintaining a positive company image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally.
β’ Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, billing queries, or technical issues.
β’ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
β’ Log and update customer information on company systems (CRM or database).
β’ Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
