Job Description
Work Arrangement: 4x a week RTO, Night Shift
Job Description:
- Intake calls from Retail Stores while adhering to an established call flow, actively engaging with callers, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
- Create Work Orders in Corrigo for the repairs and maintenance concerns from Retail stores.
- Follow up with Service Providers to ensure help is on the way.
- Produce needed operational reports (Daily, weekly, monthly) to report on Manila Team performance.
- Close collaboration with other Manila groups and functions (e.g. Real Estate Property Management, other Call Center groups) for synergies and sharing of best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2β4 years experience in a call center, helpdesk, facilities coordination, or service dispatch environment.
