We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide on-site support for a one-day event in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position focused on welcoming attendees, managing registration activity, and helping deliver an organized, detail-oriented experience throughout the event. The ideal candidate is confident in customer-facing settings, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can assist guests with accuracy and courtesy.
shift details: 7:30AM-11:30AM (4 hours only)
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome attendees upon arrival and guide them through the event check-in process with efficiency and courtesy.
β’ Manage registration table activities, including verifying participant information and supporting smooth entry flow during peak arrival periods.
β’ Assist legal staff and other guests with questions related to event access, schedules, or registration-related materials.
