Customer Service Representative (Remote)



We are seeking a mature, tech savvy Customer Service Representative with strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be able to troubleshoot systems, manage clients professionally, and learn new processes quickly.



Whilst this is a remote position, candidates must attend one month of fulltime, in person training in the Helderberg region. Training may be extended if additional competency development is required.



Requirements



Matric (essential)

Minimum 3 years’ administration experience

Proven customer service or client support experience

Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Mature, reliable, and able to work independently

Fast learner with strong attention to detail
