The role ensures smooth handling of customer inquiries, order-related concerns, and internal coordination to maintain a positive customer experience across all brands. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and brands simultaneously. This role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is under the Operations department.
