Overview:

Insight Global is in search of a Customer Support Representative for a large pharmaceutical client in Indianola, PA. This position is responsible for providing assistance to external customers and multiple field Teams. Responsibilities include customer calls, inquiries and part order processing. Support resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service dispatch as well as updating and accurately maintaining data in SAP and CRM systems.
