As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of contact for veterans reaching out for assistance. This role requires managing a steady stream of incoming calls, updating and maintaining veteran information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring each veteran client has complete and accurate documentation.
