We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires working on-site five days a week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a track record of supporting major retail accounts for example Walmart, Costco, etc.
