Job Description

What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

  • Transportation experience

  • Expected pay range: $22.10 to $25.42 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
