**RMA Specialist CSR (Customer Service Representative)**The RMA Specialist CSR is the primary contact for the Commercial area to process the return of materials from our customers' facilities to a PPG plant or warehouse located Qin the USA or Canada.This role is responsible for ensuring that each return—due to quality issues, incorrect product identification, wrong products, etc.
—complies with the necessary authorizations from the Commercial, Quality, Finance, or Production departments for processing.The specialist oversees the process until the RMA is closed and the corresponding credit is issued to the customer for the returned material.
