Job Description
Customer Service Officer/Executive (Export) /Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
- Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.
- Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.
- Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner.
- Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.
- Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team).
- Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement.
- Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.
- Experience in using CargoWise ERP system.
