- Man the reception desk of the school and attend to enquiries from new & existing parents
- Facilitate student registration process
- Organise and maintain course & student data
- Update statistics report for the branch
- Liaise with Chinese teachers and parents on administrative matters
- Proficient in bothMandarin and English
- Must be able to communicatefluently in Mandarin with teachers from China
- Required to work on Saturday and Sunday
- Competence in PC skills (MS Microsoft Office)
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
